Shown for the first time at Germany's 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the new
A3 Cabriolet is set for an Australian release in the third quarter of 2014. And for the first time ever, Australian
customers will be able to purchase the new S3 Cabriolet model.
The initial engine line-up will include two petrol (1.4 TFSI and 1.8 TFSI) and one diesel (2.0 TDI) unit. All will
come standard with the S tronic dual-clutch transmission.
Model variants will mirror the Attraction and Ambition trim lines that have recently been launched locally in the A3
Sportback.
