The Citroën C5, the luxurious sedan and estate engineered by the French car maker to relieve stress with its magic carpet suspension, spacious interior and cosseting performance is now able to relieve wallet-stress with more than $6500 of extra equipment added for a limited time to the C5 HDi sedan and estate for just $900.

"With its ability to cover more than 1200 km on a tank of fuel, the Citroën C5 HDi is, thanks to its highly advanced diesel engine, already pretty gentle on the wallet," says Miles Williams, General Manager for Citroën in Australia.  "But we've decided that for a limited time we would make the C5 HDi even more luxurious, more comfortable and even easier to drive with the minimum of hassle, while seriously reducing wallet-induced stress."

The Citroën C5 HDi is available for a limited time with a full leather interior that includes front electric seats, with leather trimmed door panels, steering wheel and gear knob. The door mirrors now fold flat against the side of the car when it is locked. When reverse is selected, the passenger mirrors checks the kerb. Reversing-stress is cut by the standard fitment of rear parking sensors. The stress of bedazzlement from following cars at night is removed by the installation of an automatic dipping interior rear view mirror. Floor mats and additional interior lights complete the interior package.

From the outside, standard cast alloy wheels and colour matched bumpers and side trims indicate to other road users that the C5 HDi is offering additional stress reduction.

Available until stocks of the C5 HDi Limited Edition are exhausted, the recommended retail price is $46,650 for the sedan and $48,390 for the estate.
