Citroen C3 models, sold in Australia, fitted with a 1.6
litre HDI 92HP engine are being recalled.
What are the hazards? Some surrounding components on the engine may be affected.
What are the defects? The fixing bracket of the air unit on the engine may break under the effect of
vibrations.
Citroen Australia will write to owners of affected vehicles (where possible). Otherwise C3 owners
should contact a Citroen dealership for advice and/or arrange for inspection of their vehicles and
removal and replacement of the affected component.
