Rodeo is powered by the 3.6-litre Alloytec V6 petrol engine which delivers peak power of 157 kW at 5,300 rpm and peak torque of 313 Nm at 2,800 rpm.^

The 3.0-litre VCDi common rail turbo diesel engine is also available and delivers peak power increases of 25 per cent on the previous diesel engine while meeting strict new Euro 4 emission requirements.

The diesel engine's peak power is 120 kW at 3,600 rpm (up from 96 kW at 3,800 rpm) and peak torque of 333 Nm is achieved at 1,600 rpm (automatic) and 360 Nm at 1,800 rpm (manual), an increase of 39 Nm and 66 Nm respectively.^
