Mahindra Automotive Australia (MAA) has announced a first ever sale on its entire range of vehicles in an end of model run out. Sensational deals are being offered by dealers across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland on all 4x2, 4x4, cab chassis, single or dual cab Mahindra Pik-Up variants, with prices starting at $16,990 plus on-road costs.

Claire Tynan, CEO, MAA said, “We will be making an announcement shortly about our model plans, so this is the perfect time for Australian drivers to get an even better value for money workhorse ute that’s built for the toughest jobs out there.”

The Mahindra Pik-Up, which was designed to withstand the harshest of Australian conditions, has a 2.5 litre intercooled common rail turbocharged diesel engine. It comes in many colours and offers ample standard features including limited slip differentials on both two and four wheel drive models, air conditioning, four wheel-drive electrically-engaged and automatic hub locks, power steering, power windows, remote central locking and standard sound system with full CD/MP player and radio, USB port and an SD card port that allows one to listen to music from a pen-driver or CD cards.

Tilt steering, foot steps, fog lights, front and rear demisters are also standard. The instrument cluster has a contemporary look with all controls designed with ease of access and operation in mind. For security purposes, the Mahindra Pik-Up is fitted with an alarm and immobiliser, and offers keyless entry as standard equipment.

Ms. Tynan comments, “The Pik-Up has proven to be popular amongst savvy farmers and tradesman. We have had some customers tell us that they can purchase two vehicles for what they were planning on spending on one, which in these economic times is a much needed saving to their business. We’re delighted that we can offer a truly sturdy and rugged proposition to clever buyers.”
