Top Selling Holden Captiva Now with Seven Seats Across the Range

Holden’s top-selling Captiva range now includes Australia’s most affordable mid-size seven-seater SUV.

Effective March 2009, Captiva SX will be offered as a true 7-seater, combining interior space with a high level of standard safety features and class leading fuel economy on the 2WD manual variant.

A complete list of Captiva product changes are as follows:

Captiva SX (2WD and AWD)

  • Addition of third row seats - standard
  • Automatic headlamp mode which switches on automatically at twilight or low light - standard

Captiva CX (AWD)

  • Automatic headlamp mode which switches on automatically at twilight or low light - standard

Captiva LX (AWD)

  • Rear view camera - standard
  • Leather transmission selector - standard

The Holden Captiva has become Australia's favourite mid-size SUV in 2009, selling 2,052 vehicles year to date and accounting for 19.5% of the competitive medium SUV market.
