Due for release in Australia late this year, the
new generation Range
Rover Sport will arrive with a wide range of models, options and powertrain choices.
Prices* will begin at $102,800*.
Towing capacity has increased to 3,500kg with appropriate towing equipment. This will satisfy many folks involved with
equestrian events and/or boating.
Engines
There will be TDV6 Diesel (190kW/600Nm), SDV6 Diesel (215kW/600Nm), V6 Supercharged Petrol (250kW/450Nm) and V8
Supercharged Petrol (375kW/625Nm) engine choices.
The 3.0 litre TDV6 diesel features Intelligent Stop/Start technology.
Staggering performance is a feature of the V8 supercharged models, with a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 5.3 seconds.
