Suzuki officially previewed a production version of its first ever mid-sized car to US media last week, revealing a stunning design that has stayed faithful to the concept vehicle that has been seen around the world. “Kizashi is scheduled for launch in the U.S. in late 2009 and we are keen to establish potential production and specification for Australia. With the addition of the just launched Alto and Kizashi, Suzuki would be competing in more market segments than ever before,” said Suzuki Australia General Manager, Tony Devers. Suzuki Australia is yet to finalise its specification levels, however Suzuki US has confirmed a 2.4 litre four cylinder engine, matched to a six-speed manual or six-speed CVT transmission.
