Suzuki vehicles continue to experience unprecedented growth as the popular Japanese manufacturer and its latest model line-up win over Australian motorists.

All time sales results were achieved in the month of June, with Suzuki's compact SUV, the Grand Vitara smashing a 6 year record, to retail a remarkable 337 units.

The new look Grand Vitara was launched onto the Australian market in August last year and since then has impressed with its distinctive styling, 4 x 4 performance and competitive price tag.

Sales of the popular compact SUV have continued to grow since its launch despite the vehicle segment experiencing recent decline.

The strong showing continued throughout Suzuki's product range, with 1,542 retail units for the month of June, placing Suzuki in the top 15 vehicle manufactures according to sales.

At the half year mark, Suzuki has recorded 7,621 units in Australia achieving an increase in sales of over 29% compared with results issued at the same time last year.

The recent success of Suzuki is expected to grow with a range of exciting new products due in Australia over the next few years.
