3rd July, 2006

Honda’s Odyssey family wagon receives a new look thanks to a mid-life facelift.

A new grille, revised front and rear bumpers, new rear lights and indicators mounted in the side mirrors sharpen the wagon’s urban looks.

Odyssey luxury gains an integrated six-stack CD/MP3 player mounted in the console and the option of a new black leather interior combined with black 'wood' console trim.

“The Odyssey has always been a family favourite,” said Honda Australia Senior Director Lindsay Smalley, “and the new changes further enhance its appeal.”

“It’s a modern people mover that drives and looks like a car,” he said. “Low fuel consumption and high safety make it popular with families.”

The new range is now available from Honda dealers.

Prices remain unchanged, with Odyssey retailing from $38,790 and Odyssey luxury from $45,290.

*Includes GST. Excludes dealer delivery and statutory charges. Metallic and pearlescent paint $300 extra on some models.
